Often when people think of a French destination wedding, they usually think of Paris, Marseille, Bordeaux, etc. While still a destination for them, MaryMac + Nico found the perfect French inspired wedding venue set in the beautiful mountains of South Carolina. It’s hard to imagine a better setting for their wedding. Hotel Domestique, the hotel founded by cyclist George Hincapie, who was a key domestique of Lance Armstrong, has been on our list of venues we’ve been wanting to photograph at for awhile and we certainly had high expectations after all we had heard and seen from it. Between the perfect weather, beautiful setting, incredible planning and all the pretty and thoughtful details and style that MaryMac put into this, it exceeded any expectations. Oh, and let’s also not forget the incredible food from the Hotel Domestique restaurant, R17.. But let’s be real, the real reason this day was so special is pretty clear. MaryMac + Nico, two of the sweetest and most thoughtful people out there. Just see for yourself.
