Newport Beach Is For Lovers

There are a lot of ways to spend your time together when you both have work and have an evening free together. You can go to dinner, catch a movie or stay at home folding laundry and watching Schitts Creek for the eleventh time. Or you could plan a casual evening together outside, by the beach, cozying up together and of course, with a photographer to document it. That’s what Lauren + Braden did last time I was out in California for a Los Angeles engagement session.

Prioritizing meaningful and special moments together is key for any relationship is key. It’s especially true when you’ve been married for a little bit and the rush of anticipation and excitement from all the planning and dreaming about the wedding is fading.  We might be biased, but going out and having your growing and anchored love documented every now and again sounds like a beautiful way to spend time with one another.

Lauren + Braden are such beautiful people, inside and out. We spent a cloudy California afternoon documenting this chapter in their life in Newport Beach and acting like children at Balboa Park. This is a little bit of the story we documented.
