RALEIGH WEDDING
PHOTOGRAPHERS
Editorial + honest wedding photography for couples who want romantic, natural, authentic imagery from calm, experienced and thoughtful photographers. This is the recipe for images that feel like real life—beautifully composed.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
We believe the best photographs feel like real life—just a little more intentional.
Not stiff. Not performative. Just you, fully present, with enough guidance to feel relaxed and confident.
We’ll build space into the day for what matters, and we’ll step in when you need direction—quietly, clearly, and with care.
The goal isn’t to chase trends or manufacture moments.
It’s to document the way your people love you, the way the day looked in motion, and the feeling you’ll want to return to years from now.
Honest, editorial, and effortless—because it was always yours to begin with.

Refined documentary,
Editorially finished.

Raleigh, NC + Triangle (Durham / Chapel Hill) Venues We Love
Raleigh-based, frequently photographing weddings across the Triangle—Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Wake Forest.
While not limited to those as we photograph destination and out of state weddings frequently as well, these are some of our Raleigh and surrounding area venues.
KIND WORDS
“We truly cannot say enough good things about Brett and Jessica. From our engagement session to how they documented our wedding day with incredible care and artistry.
Our wedding photos, in particular, captured the day so perfectly — not just how everything looked, but how it felt to be there. Reliving those moments through our gallery has been such a joy. Every image feels thoughtful, genuine, and full of emotion.
We are so grateful to have these memories preserved so beautifully and would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone.”
Trusted by planners and couples who care about design,
presence, and photos that feel like memory.

A wide-open view, a stylish couple, and that in-between moment where you can feel the day exhale. Proof that the most “editorial” photos are often just the most honest ones.

A clear tent, candlelight, and seating that felt like a dinner party—elevated, but never fussy. The kind of night where the design is stunning, but the people are the point.

Olde-Raleigh architecture, soft light, and a timeline with room to breathe. We love when a wedding day feels unhurried—more presence, less performance.

Our Process
We start with what matters most to you
A quick call to hear your vision, your people, and what you want the day to feel like—then we build a photo plan that supports it.
We photograph the day the way you want to live it
Present with your people, not disappearing for hours. We’ll guide things with a calm pace and make photos fit into the day—so you can make cocktail hour, hugs happen, and the moments you’ll actually miss if you’re gone.
We guide when it helps, step back when it matters
Natural direction that keeps you present (not performing), plus room for real moments to unfold.
We deliver with intention
A curated, cohesive gallery that feels like memory—clean color, honest moments, and the elevated details you worked so hard for.
QUESTIONS
Yes—most of our year is split between North Carolina (in Raleigh and Asheville) and destination weekends across the Southeast (and anywhere that feels like you). Travel is quoted simply and upfront, whether it’s NYC, the Oregon coast or deep into the Rocky Mountains somewhere in Colorado.
Documentary at the core, with an editorial eye. Real moments, natural composition, and images that feel lived-in—not manufactured.
That’s most of our couples. Most people, really. You won’t be asked to “perform.” We’ll give gentle direction when needed, and the rest is creating space for you to feel like yourselves. Our calm and relatable personalities really helps our couples, their families and guests feel comfortable and forget the camera is there.
Yes. Once you’re booked, we’ll send a planning guide and collaborate on a photo-friendly timeline that still protects the experience—so you’re not missing cocktail hour or disappearing from your own day.
We keep it efficient. Most couples portraits take 20–35 minutes (often split into smaller pockets) so you’re not pulled away for long stretches. Ultimately, it depends on what you want and we will work with that.
Yes—film is part of our toolkit, and we weave it into every wedding in an intentional way. Most of the day is photographed digitally (with a film-forward edit for true-to-life color and texture), then we pull out film for the moments it shines—soft light, quiet portraits, and details that deserve that extra depth. If you’re dreaming of a heavier film focus, we can absolutely build that in as an add-on.
WE WOULD LOVE TO TELL YOUR STORY
If you’re planning a Raleigh wedding, or in surrounding areas, and want photos that feel like memories—honest, elevated, and fully present—we’d love to hear what you’re dreaming up.
