n + m in telluride. not chasing a moment, just liv n + m in telluride. not chasing a moment, just living inside one.

telluride started throwing curveballs before we even landed. first the ski patrol strike, taking our lift-access spots off the board. then the airline misplaced their luggage… including the dress.

so we pivoted. slowed down. re-scouted. built a new plan and stayed calm. the dress arrived and i reworked my flight home.

and then the town turned into the kind of winter you can’t schedule: nearly a foot of fresh snow, quiet streets, soft light, no crowds.

a reminder i try to live by: the best work doesn’t come from perfect conditions. it comes from staying calm, present and optimistic when the plan changes.

so tell me. would you rather have a perfectly planned day… or a perfectly lived one?

2025 was a year defined by distance traveled, but grounded by perspective gained. behind the scenes, this year asked a lot of us. navigating deep personal loss of a parent and continuing to overcome health challenges faced in our own home, it reshaped our definition of what matters. it taught us that in a loud world, quiet is a luxury.
this shift didn’t dampen the work; it deepened it. it drove us to be the calm in the chaos. to protect our time intentionally. to look for the connections that endure, rather than the trends that fade.

to our couples and those whole trusted us to document, create, collaborate: you allowed us to find the light during a heavy year. thank you for trusting us with your legacy.

here is to a year of resilience, intention and honest art.
HAPPY NEW YEAR a new year is less about what you HAPPY NEW YEAR

a new year is less about what you plan and more about what you pay attention to.

we’re entering this new year with a deeper trust in the moments that don’t ask to be seen. choosing presence over noise and meaning over spectacle
there was an ease to this day. nothing forced, not there was an ease to this day.
nothing forced, nothing overdone. just a quiet confidence in what mattered.

the kind of wedding that felt grounded and thoughtful, where every moment unfolded naturally and every choice carried intention. warm light, open hearts and a pace that invited everyone to slow down and be present.

it was less about spectacle and more about connection. less about tradition for tradition’s sake and more about meaning. it was shared, felt and lived in real time.

a day that lingered long after it ended.
there was something undeniably rooted in both yest there was something undeniably rooted in both yesteryear and the present about this day. the nostalgic details, the stillness, the joy that kept catching everyone off guard. beth & matt created a wedding that felt beautifully their own from start to finish.

couples often say, “we just want to look natural i couples often say, “we just want to look natural in our photos.” and we completely get that.

but the best photos don’t come from trying to look natural - they come from being present.

when you focus on each other instead of the camera,
everything else takes care of itself.

that’s where the real story lives — in the quiet, unposed moments that feel like you. most people don’t realize it,
but what draws most of us to a photo isn’t perfection - it’s presence.
