Kelly + Michael made a special trip up to Asheville from Alabama earlier this year to check out spots with us for their elopement they just had last month, which we cannot wait to share! Of course, Black Balsam Knob came in as a high recommendation for us, so naturally we headed that way. We did their Black Balsam Knob engagement on a rather chilly spring day, but it was totally worth it. We had such a rad time with them and loved getting to show them some of our favorite spots. Before heading up, we met up a The Hub (a bike shop Brett used to frequent when he lived near there that now has a beer shop) and grabbed a beer. On the way up to Black Balsam Knob, we stopped by Looking Glass Falls to show it off to them. They loved it and we loved watching them run around in the freezing cold water while we snapped some shots of them.
